Return and Refund Policy

Premier Choix Agricole accepts returns for eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or refund, all items must be returned to the store in person or delivered to the store at the customer’s expense. Premier Choix Agricole does not cover return shipping costs. Products must be physically received by the store to be processed.  

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

The item is unused and in its original condition

All original tags are attached or included (attached or detached)

A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is provided

The item was purchased at regular price (sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange)

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Premier Choix Agricole will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, including applicable taxes less the 5% restocking fee. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

If a discount or promotion is announced after the purchase date, it does not apply retroactively.
